One of the famous jwellary having several decade experience Comparetively the price is very low. So many collections of gold and diamond jwells, Antique collections, Temple collections are available. Monthly scheams with bonus amount and discount on wastage is there. Silver collections of several things like Pooja items are available. The service and response is very nice. Fixed price. I recommend the Jwellary for reasonable price.

One of the very worst saleswoman in the chain section of 1st floor ..Nagercoil branch. I went 3 to 4 times..last time also saleswoman in chain section shows her unwilling and irritating face over me...this time also .saleswoman shows her face reaction directly, to another executive,in front of me (( imitating like am not interested with this lady )))) am asking what hell these all nonsense . ?????????? Also ,saleswomen, jealousy look..no smile, no pleasing .hell i seen with her...Don't know for what ?? Also 1 thing...the man, owner is lying utterly..(((( like compare with other shops and come???))))( 2% wastage less is completely fraud...they are charging very accurate wastage for each pawn... nothing less . And completely waste fellows.. Customers....plzzz avoid going to this shop. Aaadi offer 1 % wastage extra. Hoarding board outside .....to attract people. Also very important thing is....plzzz don't waste ur hard earned money in loan scheme ,i have very big story behind this also..

Designer jewels are available. Wide collections of diamond and platinum too. Separate floor for Silver articles. Wastage and Making charges are less. Excellent customer service.

Best customer service around nagercoil. Wastage also comparitively less, for antique pieces too. Good collections also available now. For old gold exchange also its good here

We went to purchase jewels after maturity of gold savings scheme wherein useless terrible collections were shown. After a long search v bought a bangle, a earring and a ring. In every section there were very limited old model collections and the attitude of saleswoman was so irritating. We asked to manufacture a ring in our size which was not available in the showcase collection but they said its not possible. This will be my last visit to the shop and not willing to continue the gold savings scheme. Very bad customer service. Saleswoman was not at all interested in doing their job.

Good collection of silver and gold jewellery, efficient staff but their insistance for phone address is a big irritant. Its not a statutory requirement but they ask it for sales promotion

We have requested to change phone number for paying chit,but the staffs denied,we asked for paying option other than app as it not working in my mobile .we requested for paying pending instalment..they didn't accept..so don't prefer Lalitha jewellery for chits
