I purchased gold chain and truly this looks so charming. I've stowed this gems on a markdown and it's truly worth the effort. The swinging commends the singularity and its coral blue tone is illuminating. I love this item and their administration. It has two flours , parking is difficulty. Customer service is really good .

Staff were conducive and sorted the issue quickly with all the possible ways that can be done form Lalithaa Jewellery. compared to other Jewellery shops I find lalithaa jewellery is the modest.

1star is also more for this store.Lift not working.When I asked for gold long chain ,the salesman was absolutely useless. He couldn't make out what I meant. Simple gold long chain he couldn't show. The gold long necklaces were looking rubbish. He was asking only how many grams, any photo of design i have etc.He didn't show a single piece for us.Only enquiry.Stupid store.People plz don't waste ur valuable money by going after their emi schemes

Bad experience, i cant have a trust on their sales...... when i bought a gold coin they said it could be immediately changed for cash but when i tried returning it they ask u for bank passbook and aadhar and said it would take 2 days to get it into your account.....why lie and sell it in the first place? When asked the same question to the guy in first floor he says the ground floor guy who sold this doesn't know.... Fooling the customers isn't ethical... not gonna buy anything anymore from you.... People be aware Went the next day to give my bank passbook copy and aadhaar guess what, gold price have dropped few rupees so now they said they can give cash but then again after few seconds said that there is no cash in the till as so far in that day all they had was card payments done by customers ....so i have to wait until some customer fills their till with cash, what a justification to say?

I had taken flexi o flexi scheme and I was paying 5k per month. After successful completion of the scheme we went to lalitha jewellers for the purchase. But we never expected such a disappointing thing. There was no any good designs in earnings and women's bracelet sections and the staff were very careless and not so active and they are not ready to show us any designs for which we wanted to see. And the earing which were displaced was full of faults. In a pair of earings one earing was not matching the other. We came back saying we will visit again after some 10 days so that we may find some good designs. Then I realized taking this scheme is utter waste. Don't ever take this scheme. It's better we get our desired designs from local gold jewellery shop and we can negotiate as well.

One of the best jewelry store,many varieties of design be it silver, gold or platinum !nice ambience and courtesies staff .wish they used water bottles then other dispenser .

Good Jewellery collection. Silver Jewellery designs are also nice. Good service available. Reasonable price compared to others in Jewellery market.
