Google shoud be provide zero and negetive stars. Like this stores required minus stars. We are selected one Item and we said to kept aside and we will come back. We came back after one hour they said that selected item was sold. Me and my wife were asking politely why you are sold the item and the store all the sales girls, sales mans and manager stop their business and came to argue with us. All sales persons and manager talking rude without respect especially the manager was no manners to talk with customers. In the advertisement they are telling wastage starting from 2%. But un this shop for simple design they are changing 11%. They are not given the estimation and not allowed to take photos of jewellery. Then why they are advertising I am not understanding. This is jewellery store is worst in the world. I am requesting all to dont buy in this jewellery store

Extra charges were taken for silver old item from staff manikanta . They try to manipulate and cheat customer

Today on 1st July we visited the store. Sales girl at long haram section is showing attitude towards customers.. she is saying estimation cannot be provided and strictly no photos for jewellery. After selecting haram also, we didn't purchase the jewelry just because of rude attitude of salesgirl.

We have taken one diamond ear ring set and due to some bank issues at store they asked us to come next day. But when we visited the store and they saying that they sold the ear rings. Staff will be nice before buying but when we face these type of situation they are saying silly reasons. Better to avoid the lalitha jewelry. Management plz focus on staff commitment not only the advertising
