There is no lot of designs. But customer handling by there staffs are very good. Quality of the jwellery is unmatchable. Lalitha jwellery success depends on there Staffs good going keep it up. Royal salute for there staffs.
Lalithaa jewellery is very nice. But middle class family want to buy 8gms of any light weight necklace, haram and bangles. They don't have there. Starting range only 16gms are there .Now adays gold rate also increasing. 11 months scheme also we can't buy, because no value of small items buying. They want to change because middle and low class also want to buy know. 1rs also money know. Nowadays no value for money. I am telling for all the people only so consider it. Ok then 11 months scheme also, not showing so much of collections to there customers. Because that is not money know. Most of the showroom They are not showing so much of collections, only 2 or 3 collections showing. Because that is 11 months scheme know. Rich people only they'll show you lot of collections.
New Jewelry anyone can go and buy Blindly due to the best Price, but only thing Old Jewel's they are not taking for same weight even though it's 916 KDM, after cleaned with their own Shop also Reducing some percentage, which could be avoidable, Other wise great...
Please provide any refreshment to the customers in advance why because last week I purchased 5 pouns gold we are coming from kundrathur lots of thirst nobody will ask any water or juice.
Very poor handling the customers, only the advertisement nothing is in gold scheme. Very old design and no profit. Manager attitude is not good.
It was really an amazing experience exchanging my gold ring... I just went in for valuation after being dissatisfied by the valuation of a top reputed jewellery shop. Right from the entry they just made me forget what just happened and I was really happy by the customer service provided at Avadi branch. Not just people even the posters that are made in the interiors are also heart touching. I was handled by Ms.Shenba. She made sure that I am not just buying what I wanted but also what I liked. Very patiently she provided choices of the product. Didn't matter how small the product was or how less money I had, they were kind to me. She also tried and introduced their other products and plans gently so that she didn't not make me feel that I am forced to listen to something unnecessary. Coming back to the top reputed jewellery shop the difference amount i.e my loss was 500rs if I had dealt with them.
