-Huge showroom with ample parking space.. - Staff who was addressing us was knowledgeable and Had concern to offer us beverages too - Here the making charges are less compared to other jewelry shops however making charges varies on each desgins ... - We will be asked to see every procedure they do like take us to Smith room and also weight seeing of the gold... - However I felt collections are bit less.. - They have silver, gold , diamond too, they even have tanjore paintings ..

Lovely collection. Staff like Melwin D'souza and Jeevamrutha attend customers do well. Ambience, customer service is too good. Monthly schemes and Gold bond scheme are worth for a try.

Few months back I visited this shop for a 2nd time with my husband and with my 1 year old baby and both the time we purchased.. but our experience was not sooo good in our 2nd visit. because the person who attended us his bevaiour was really not appreciating. mukh nooddi mnne haakuv haagittu nddvllike. I don't know how much his take home salary but that disgusting fellow doubted and asked my husband that debit card belonging him or not. And he was very curious not what we r purchasing than someone else who his coligue attending. But we didn't bother anything and purchased and came back to home because of ur baby. But those incident still disturbing me that's y after long time I writing this review. banglore branches r good than manglore I thought because so many times I visited with my family in yelhanka branch. But because of this experience I will never want to go to lalitha again never seggest to anybody's to visit there specially middle class people like us.. !

Never again will I ever shop nor invest in any scheme in this Jewellers. We have being paying for a scheme and planned to purchase gold coins on Dhanteras. I have even called them in advance enquiring the same. Now when in the evening we dropped in to buy .....they say coins are not available. I found it as a lame excuse just so that they could make money in making charges as today customers will buy who drop in to buy jewellery as it includes making charges. Additionally a simple silver toe ring was not available. Silver jewellery designs were not bright and attractive it looked like artificial jewellery sold in streets.

It was the very worst experience for we came for purchase jewellery for my sister wedding and we're in purchase we ask the water for drink and they took time still 30 mints to provide water and staffs are not responding properly waste of time I suggest visit any other shops not here they didn't have time to bring water bottles for coustomer

We have purchased one short length karimani from lalithaa jewellery Mangalore branch. Item was came with complaint means it starting to itching the skin.. we were complaint with branch. They have asked their head office. But no response from HO. Even we were also e-mail them but no response. We are the genuine customer of Lalitha.. but if we are complaining they are helpless. So very worst experience from lalithaa..and never visit again..
