Good place for Gold purchase . Nice infrastructure but small parking facilities need to develop .And the floor in charges only focused on Gold and diamond buyers . They not obey the silver buyers . And more over they have lots of Gold schemes.

We have been loyal customers for lalitha jewelry for 25 years but now we don't want to visit lalitha jewelry ever. In the name of no seikooli, no setharam for silver products, they are not selling by gram rate, they are selling by a fixed rate from an excessive of 1000rs minimum. We bought a chain yesterday having 38gm and it sold to us for 4000rs but when today we came and ask for an exchange , they said they would take it as a gram price only which is only 2200rs. We are not returning after 1 year.. We are returning within 24hrs. They r still not ready to exchange it because no other customers will buy that fixed price chain . What a cheap way to cheat your customers. Before buying anything check whether they r selling using gram rate or fixed price. Otherwise they cheat you . They sold me a silver chain 108rs per gram rate my whole family and relations will never buy this shop ever.

Lowest wastage and making charges. Collections are less but price is too fair. Good customer service.

There is many new collections in all varieties of gold ..service was good .. comparatively Trichy Lalitha jewellery..Salem brach Lalitha jewellery was too good ..

It's ok when comparing all other shops in Salem. The range and designs are also good.

Models are less compare to other shops in Salem. No rest room for Gents. Basic amenities itself not fulfilled.
