Not a good experience with price what they charge ,this guys add 12 to 14% of wastage and 125 rs per gram making charge which adds up to 2 grams of extra money on 10 grams of gold on top of it when I called enquiry about this they didn't reply me back I suggest to buy jewels with local jewellers usually they charge 1 gram overall for 10 gram of gold ,return experience is also pathetic they returned 5190 per gram which means 220 deductions per gram for their own gold which proves their gold originality And owner act as innocent but he knows he's charging high Not a worthy choice I regret buying gold here

Anyone thinking to do savings by buying Gold here will end up with cheating. I bought coins here, while purchasing they added additional making charges for Coins not jewellery. In my difficult time when I wanted sell the same coin again they are deducting more amount than the market price and giving less amount to us saying they have to deduct the amount for Buy back option. Anyone don't get cheated by these cheaters be careful while buying and selling, Lalitha jewellery is Big cheating company what they show in advertising is fake, they are fooling us with fake Advertisement and while selling their reaction is so bad.

The Owner Mr. Amar looks smart, acts innocent, puts on a smiling face, very dramatic behaviour but in reality behind his face he is very very greedy, miserly and a crookish person. He is ready to loose the customer but has absolutely NO CONSIDERATION for customer's request for discount. Bill amount say 3 lakhs, discount asked not in thousands but in hundreds just to round figure it. Even to give discount for a very small pity amount say Rs500, he gives a rude answer saying "I will give back your advance amount in check. You don't buy." and making a NASTY FACE he walks away. This gesture of his behaviour really hurted us. After all this we din't want to purchase it but for my happiness my husband tolerated his bad and rude behaviour and brought it home. He may be a cleaver business man but he doesn't know how to behave with the customers. Business also got some ethics just because he is a seller and we are buyers he should not cross his limitations by disrespecting and humiliating his customers. There may be lot of collections in this shop but the Owner's heart is very very small. We have decided never ever to go to his shop again.

Excellent selection of silver items. Great prices and very courteous staff. Rashi and Deepu were very patient and helped us by showing various designs. I loved how beautifully Rashi carved the name on the silver items. They explained the itemized bill in detail. Overall great place, great quality, & great customer service!
