I loved this hotel and their staff management. Rooms are near and clean superb interior & exterior design of hotel

Owner is good behaviour, And hotal is best in this area . Ets 5 star cleaning 5 room Etc Ager aap aa rhe hai daltangaj to jarur aaye .....

1. There's no food menu, If you ask for food, They cook home food in the kitchen and charge you the restaurant rate( very high) . 2. They don't have generator thus if light goes, Neither the AC works nor the lift 3. There's no guard at ground floor thus anyone can enter your hotel and room nd commit crime 4. They close the door at 11pm at their convenience and you will have to call the owner who will rudely ask you why are you coming so late, The staff doesn't pick up the call to open the door. 5. Tariff is very high with respect to no proper hotel room service provided. From towel to water bottle, You will have to physically travel to reception and do multiple follow ups. 6. Banquet services are very poor since no professional caterer is available, Per plate charge is high, Limited tables for seating, Only 2 coolers. 7. When you ask staff to help you with luggage, They refuse on your face, Such pathetic service for luggage carrying. 8. Owner is very greedy and blackmails you by overcharging once you check in, Never seen such greedy mentality of exploitation

I have been there for 2 days. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Bathroom was also clean. Food was also good. Location is well connected to get in there. Staf were supportive and well mannered. Hope to visit again.

Had a night stay while traveling from Delhi to Jharkhand. Absolutely clean, spick and span rooms and toilets. Very helpful and courteous staff. We would prefer to stay here in future visits too.

There is no room service or anything which resembles a hotel, Even cheap lodges are more hospitable and respectful to their guests than this hotel. The hotel has no manager, Owner himself sits on reception and tries to overcharge you for everything. No intercom, No generator for AC or lift. No staff to help you with luggage, Door closes 11pm and if you are outside, Please sleep on road. No security guard thus anyone can come and do anything. Don't ever book the banquet services or their catering as you will get substandard quality at very high price.

What amazing hospitality! It was delightful company and a beautiful view. We had such a great time and a wonderful visit. Your hotel is truly stunning, and we're so thankful you allowed us to share it with you. I can't tell you how much we enjoyed being your guest these last few days. We appreciate the sacrifices you made to afford us a room, and on such a short notice. We can't wait for the opportunity to return the favor because spending time with you is a gift!

What a amazing venue.Beautifull place for a cattering and wedding. I truly hope we are invited to another function here . the every aspect of this place is simply beautiful. Food and meals was also amazing, Service even better but nothing beats the ambiance of the place ....!,,
