floor plan is very confusing, even for billing and for exchange you have move up and down among floors. it's not elderly friendly. very limited design though it's a festival season. I think sales person should be more proactive to show options after finding customers requirements. Though thanks for the shopping gift.

Odisha own jewellery brand. A big one. Or the biggest in Odisha. You can buy Gold ornaments at ground floor and silver at top floor. Prices are comparable and good. But, if you are going for exchange old gold, then they are little less offering than others.

We had the most fun shopping here. They have an extensive collection of everything silver. We went here to buy the Odisha famous filigree silver work jewellery. They had such a huge collections of them that it was heaven for shopping lovers like me. The staff were very courteous and Knowledgeable they asked us the right questions and showed us the perfect things we could choose from. They have silver jewellery that's gold plated and that's another huge collection and they are all super elegant and tough to just choose one. The staff will not become tired of showing off their collections. If you want silver filigree work as a memorabilia from Odisha then this is the place to visit. Their price was nominal and didn't charge is any thing extra.

Good store , great variety of designs and courteous staff. Their displays are fascinating and interior is beautiful.

Salesman at the diamond section ground floor need some guidance on behavior. By mistake we entered that instead of silver section. The way this guy said to go from outside was ridiculous. Never went to the silver section neither will I go to Lalchand ever. Bought my stuff from Khimji always and is a much better option.

21st November I have purchase one ear ring the sum of 13k, and paid by Credit card, after paid the cashier told me that it hasn't done, swipe once again, and now I'm checking it deducted two times, and sad to say they still didn't contact me for this. Very poor service by Lalchand. Disappointed

I bought a pair of bangle on Dusshera. After using 3 to 4 days it changed its colour suddenly .Then I went to the jewellery shop for ask the reasons behind the colour changing of the bangles. They offer to polish the new bangles but I denied. I decided to exchange the bangles.Then I discussed on this topic with Manager then I got to know that if I exchange the jwellery the making charge of the exchanged bangle was not included into the new purchase bangle. Due to unavailable the size they said to come after some days. After 3 to 4 times went to the jewellery shop finally the size of my bangle are back in stock. So when I ask to exchange of my Bangle , they said that the making charge of the old bangles must be included in the new purchase bangles during exchange. And they were arguing with me also. That's why I just hated the behaviour of the manager and some staffs during exchange of my jewellery.

Jewellery shops have a variety of collections in gold and silver, less in diamond and platinum. Not so experienced staff, who sell products with great enthusiasm , but just to sell the product, if you ask more they don't take ownership. Very old and conservative approach in selling and buying. Resale, exchange policy is the worst, they ask for bills always. Surprisingly they don't maintain any data in their system and ask customers. Don't know how fair they are with their tax system . Even they are not happy to take customer feedback. Jewellery shops feel like a monopoly market attitude will make them grow in future.,so they don't bother about customer service/feedback.
