Cognizant Technology solutions one of the branch.It has bike and care parking area. CTS employees only allowed inside.It has moderate cafeteria.
One of the good location of Cognizant Technology Solutions in chennai. Has a parking lot but no shaded. Nice working environment and average cafeteria. Finally, one of best place to work
1. Bike parking open area outside(not covered parking) the building. 2. Only 1 veg Vasantha Bhavan restaurant (not good). Oven Fresh and Pizzamania Shops are there. 3. Only 1 non veg restaurant (jaffer briyani). 4. Two juice counter (ice cap and sugarcane juice). 5. Cafeteria available at last floor(terrace) and no lift facility for cafeteria. 6 Two coffees are there one at entrance and one at terrace by Kannan Catering Services. 7. Only 6 lifts are available. 8. Restroom available at ODC inside two sides and also available at terrace. 9. Bus stop - Perungudi bus stop(close) and Kandhanchavadi bus stop(little far away) 10. No gardening area. 11. Mgr salai too traffic(taramani to omr link road). 12. Networks connectivity good for BSNL, Vodafone, Idea. 13. Poor network for Jio and Airtel.
Cognizant conducts weekend walk-ins in this location. Perfect example of unorganized way of conducting interview by a level 5 company. It takes minimum 6 to 8 hrs for you to get the first round of interview. Single round of interview takes 40 mins to complete and only 2 panels available for each technology. But around 100 people wait for every technology. Calculate the amount of wait time. I don't understand why can't they schedule the interviews with time slots instead of walk-in for laterals. I see many people wait from 9 AM to 4 PM and return back in frustration without attending the interview at all. For God sake Cognizant should use some technology to analyse the timings and conduct the interview in more organized way.
This building contains only Cognizant technology company and the place is good. Two wheeler parking should have been closed one and then it would have been much better.
Good work place but not spacious. No other facilities is available other than Cafeteria. Cafeteria will be heavily crowded during lunch time.
There is no place for outdoor games. Or to even walk, there is no lawn kind of. Main advantage is it's connectivity from all places.
