Used to be ok service previously. Recently, when I went to get my side view mirror unit replaced, they replaced the unit with a white colour one without informing me. The car is dark grey in colour. Because of the white side view mirror, car looks awful. Had to get repainted. Pathetic service and not gonna recommend to anyone.
Pathetic service. Will never recommend anyone. One of the reason to give here is this service center is near to my home. They treat you as such you don't know anything. I am hyundai car owner for last 9years. They charged me hefty without even performing basic service like engine performance check, clutch and break pedal check etc... even I went back asking them to replace at my cost which they were not willing to do due to some reason. Trying to convince me everything is ok. Their paid shampoo cleaning is even poor.
Great Hospitality and the type of service they provide is great.Really Recommended to chose this over other centres.

One of the biggest fraud service centre, they charged me for wheel rotation & balancing & charge me considering that customer will not know about their fraud ( I filled uneven air in all 4 tires to confirm these people will do the things as well as checked which tire is having weight to identify whether done balancing or not ) I will escalate the same to Hyundai ( service done on 13 th Aug) Fraud service centre Even I doubt whether they have changed the oil filter or not ? Air filter or just they are charging the people & making fun of their hard earned money

Very poor customer dealing The staff is very rude and is very unpleasant Will never recommend this service center to anyone in my group and my companies. Even I own hyundai cars, you lost a customer and may be many more because of poor customer handling.
