Worst ever service centre ever !! I have given my ford ecosport, with almost 20 liters of petrol in it. I had a issue with unnecessary vibration. And coolent pipe leakage. On 13th august 2023. They promised that they would give me the vehicle, on 20th. With new coolent pipe. I live in chirala, I had to travel 2 hrs to give it there. They did not give me the vehicle on the promised date. They called me on 20th and told they do not have the stock of the coolent pipe. I insisted I needed the vehicle, so they installed a second hand after market part and given us. They promised that the vibration issue is also gone. Used up all the fuel. But the issue is still there. When I asked the manager naresh. He is so manipulative and blamed my economist engine and asking Me to come over again.

Gave servicing of Ford Ecosport, number one Fraud dealer, this place is for collection agents, do not go there unless you know somebody in person. they will try to make you fool with all tactics. it starts with advisor only. Beware of this Guntur Laksmi ford, its mini mayabazaar.

Had to visit guntur thursday morning for a business trip and while on the way back to hyd in the evening had a small noise coming from under the engine on the highway ,so it was already late 6:30 pm and the showroom was closed still they helped me out and got my car in the garage and rectified the problem, they did not charge any bill...the lady at the reception, the executive and the mechanic were so helpfull and smooth to talk with ...... * * * * * FIVE STARS

One of the worst customer service I experienced after purchasing the vehicle. I am using ecosport from last seven years but this time the sales person cheated us and manipulated the bill. I request other customers to take quote before asking them for service. Ford Guntur loots the customer pockets like politicians. Be aware of this fraudulent staff.

worst attitude of the staff everytime they try to cheat customers if they dont know the technical details of their vehicles staff are using the vehicles which are given for service for their personal use. in my first service they used my vehicle for 160kms. when i asked the manager he gave a vague answer saying the staff had taken for test drive. this sounds to me like you have to eat full bartan of curry to check the taste these are my personal experiences on different occassions when i gave my vehicle for servicing. recently also i gave my car for servicing with some complaints written on the job card given to me. but none of them were sorted out and in addition some more problems were added. moreover they say that few parts have to be replaced(which were in normal condition) which would make a bill of around 50,000rs. when i pointed out the mistakes they did the manager tries to say that the mechanic who did the repair work didn't turn up to duty. this is the standard answer they quote everytime. everytime the manager blames the staff that they didn't do their work properly. what i don't understand here is why that manager post is even existing there.
