I recently booked my travel with Lakra Travel House. I had selected the places which are to be covered in 4-5days to Shri. Praveen Lakra sir. & He has customised my trip very well. I had visited Delhi, Agra, Manali, Kullu. & The arrangements are wonderful. Cab drivers in delhi & manali was simply amazing. Hotel which selected by them also very good. Thank You Lakra Travel House for the support& arrangements & special thanks to Shri. Praveen Lakra sir.

My uncle and aunty who are senior citizens were travelling with Mr. Soumitra Paul and group. Lakra Travel House cheated Mr. Paul with a huge amount in the name of arrangement of booking of hotels. This is very shameless act. Please do not fall in the false promise of this fraud agency.

During Sep'22 and Oct'22 we have paid 40,000/- them for our upcoming Varanashi, Ayodhya and Allhabad Trip. Still now they didn't provide money receipt and Tour Plan. They didn't pick up our phone. During October they called us and said due to some medical emergency they need the Balance Advance. Without any hesitation we have paid the balance, but they are not keeping their words.

We went on a trip to Rajasthan in the last week of December 2021 for 7days and we chose Lakra travel house through yatra.com. Mr Parveen promptly provided us with an itinerary. He was also very responsive and accommodative to our requests. On landing in Jaipur, we met with our driver and guide for our trip Mr Balwinder Singh, who had a spotlessly clean car and appearance and was very punctual. He went out of his way to show us around and we greatly benefited from his experience. Overall it was a wonderful trip, barring the location of the hotel in Jaisalmer which was a little far from the fort. On the whole, the arrangements were seamless. We thank Lakra travel house for the experience and will surely consider them for our future travel plans

We, 10 family members were on a piligrimage to Varanasi, Ayodhya, Prayagraj, Gaya and Bodhgaya. Our group covered age group from 7 to 85years old. Needless to say, the trip was extremely satisfying for this whole age group. I had made a request on Yatra for this trip and was diverted to Lakra as Lakra guys have taken local franchise of Yatra. I was put in touch with Mr. Parveen Kumar. In the beginning, I was hesitant but Mr. Parveen shared all documents to facilitate our proceedings with Lakra for this trip. I rate them the best of all with whom I have travelled so far. I have decided to do my trips only with Lakra because of the wonderful experience that we had with them. Mr. Parveen was in touch with us till we boarded the flight back to Bangalore. He and his people (Mr. Raj Kumar - cab driver for the 4 days we spent) that were associated with us were all very professional. We had not so good experience with one of the stay at Bodhgaya and I shared my view with Mr. Parveen. He was so responsive that in next 5 minutes we were put in a better hotel. Thank you Lakra, Mr. Parveen Kumar, Mr. Rajkumar(driver) and all other associates for caring us throughout our trip. I strongly recommend Lakra.

A fraud travel agent. All positive feed back has been made by his team members, so don't rely on those feedback. They have collectively cheated total advance payment.

Hi I have travelled recently to Sikkim and Darjelling from this Travel House . Initially I was very worried before booking with them as it was my first Experience with them. This Guy is fraud. Think 100 times before you book holidays through him. He had done one group with us & ran away without paying. Once we approached him he started making all excuses of depression. It has been almost a year, he is not responding & put all of our numbers in blacklist. His Luggage & dl is still with us. This guy praveen lakra is not genuine at all , beware of him #LakraChoorhai
