the worst experience ever. Bad service, the facial was a joke. The timing was ridiculous ( they kept me waiting around forever) Beware of the service they give. They mislead you of the charges and charge you unnecessarily. I left this salon with a headache from the stress i had there. Worst service I've ever had - please it's an insult to charge what they did for the service received. The staff are unfriendly and an awful atmosphere. I would never return to this salon even if they offered me a free service . They are desperate for customers and I see why. Wish I could I give a minus rating!!

I had a wonderful experience getting my hair treatment and my daughter's haircut done at Lakme Salon ,Giridih . Got my hair treatment done from Sunny and he did a phenomenal job . Appreciate the team effort from Sunny and Bablu so I can be out in a timely manner . Special mention to Ritika for providing excellent customer service experience . Definitely exceeded my expectations . Highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good service .
