Satisfied. The staff is cooperative and suggests what is good for you. I went for basic clean up done by Urmila, my skin is sensitive but she took care of it while selecting the products. Overall good experience!
Lakme is my go to salon for all the services! Urmila takes care of my pampering sessions there. Her skills are truly exceptional! I love her manicure, pedicure and facial. Always gives me impressive results. Sometimes I visit the salon just to get a foot massage done from her. I always trust her with my extremely sensitive skin. She pays incredible attention to detail and leave me feeling pampered and rejuvenated. The relaxing atmosphere and Urmila's friendly demeanor makes my experience even more enjoyable.
