Lakme Salon - Beauty Parlour in Rourkela - Sundargarh, India

Me and my mother went to Lakme salon today, I showed a picture of the haircut which I wanted from Google and the final result was awesome ,much better than the pic I showed and my mom did her eyebrows which was looking very good . My haircut was done by Bablu bhaiya who is professional and a artist and just transformed my hair like a Barbie doll. This was the best hairstyle I have ever done so thank you Lakme I will surely come again and again ,All the staff were very kind and friendly

I took three services from the salon which included a haircut, clean up & threading. My haircut experience with Sushant was really good. He is very professional and listens patiently to what you say and almost gives you the haircut which you would have thought of. However I would recommend not to go for a clean up session at Lakme as it is not at all good. What I was told by Sneha Singh is that Lakme's clean up session is not that good as they don't provide adequate products. She advised me to take a De-tan along with the clean up to make it more effective. I had no other alternative, so I took the De-tan session along with the clean up and my experience with Sneha was good. What I would suggest is to take a prior appointment and confirm before one day of your arrival. The whole team has now been replaced and they are indeed very good at their work. This I am saying because my last experience was not that good with the previous team and I was very disappointed.

Worst experience, it deserves a zero star. Very unprofessional behaviour. They don't even maintain the brand image. Rourkelalite Don't ever try to take any service. It's better to opt for local salon rather atleast they will not waster your time and money.

Really surprised to see the comments and reviews of people here. Makes me wonder are these real Or fake and how misleading these can be for a person like us who choose this Salon for a special occasion for their dear ones. My experience was really bad. And the Staff was Sneha Singh. Inexperienced staff no proper knowledge of Bridal makeup. My wife did the bridal makeup at this place, Sneha took almost 5 hours for it and the makeup was so pathetic. Very unprofessional her behaviour and attitude. Entire function was delayed and for the bride it was a mental trauma on her supposed to be one of the best days of her life. So people beaware and only check for genuine comments and reviews. Don't take chances.

Had an amazing experience at lakme salon , guy Praveen was fabulous provided me genuine suggestion and staffs out there were excellent, behaviour was too good.
