Worst Lakme salon I ever visited , I came here for the first time, the barber was asked to do step cutting and the final result is neither steps nor blunt. The girl at the reception also agreed that it doesn't seem to be a step cut but then to defend her staff she is saying that the barber knows better... I have paid the bill and going with the worst experience!! Will Never ever visit this Lakme salon after this episode highly disappointed !! Feel sorry for the customers who will visit this LAKME SALON IN TEZPUR!!
It was good experience. With discount on the day i went for mens haircut they charged Rs. 180. But the hairstylist should have been a little careful while cutting, because not same haircut suits everyone. They should keep in mind the volume of hair, the pattern, the face shape and ultimately the hairstyle the customer wants. Overall it was good.
Good services. Extra points for the cleanliness, professionalism and the 40% off on hairservices on Tuesdays is just cherry on cake. Highly recommended. My favourite salon in Tezpur undoubtedly.

It's my go to place... Love all the services there. The employees are really friendly and are quite good at their work. But, I would personally like to mention Jaya, who is specialised in skin services and Mr. Ramesh , who is a hair expert. Love their services. Please Lakme, keep up with your great service.

Pathetic service and worst staff ever. Not at all customer friendly. Receptionist confused about the prices, I had to pay extra for their confusion. It was my first time visiting the salon and the last. Will not suggest anyone to visit this salon.
