Whenever I've been there, my experience has been really bad. They charge you by Lakme standards, but their service is nowhere close to Lakme standards. I went there more than once anticipating good service, but it never happened. The worst haircut I've gotten in my life was from here, twice. The layers look like abruptly cut hair from both sides. Plus they will charge you a lot for basic spa/hair massages and their massages do not last for more than 5 mins.

Seems there is no make up artist in the salon. Thanks to Payal, Ritu and Radika who saved my day. Sofia should learn how to manage the salon. She just give pressure to her peers. I had a very good experience last year with Aman and Anima and hence I referred all my friends and family and now m not sure if I will.

The place is located near to kanke with easy access by road and the nearest landmark is kaveri restaurant. The place is located in the first floor with ample parking space outside the building.The place provides various skin care and hair care services ranging from facial, manicure, pedicure to hair cut and hair coloring. The ambience and hygiene of the place is well maintained as well as the covid safety measures and precautions are followed strictly ensuring the safety of customers. The light music, mild fragrance and peaceful vibe brought by interior decoration gives a pleasant experience. The staff are very polite and helpful in providing a satisfactory customer service by trying to meet the expectations. Mr Aman, Miss Amrita, Mr Sunny and the other staff too were very nice and kind with services provision. Apart from the salon services, they went an extra mile to make my experience best and are willing to take that extra effort to make their customers happy and satisfied. I received a hair cut and balayage hair coloring by Mr Sunny which is completely exquisite work and worthy for the price. I highly recommend Lakme for the beauty and hair services and willing to visit again.

Availed both bride & groom makeup service. A very bad experience it was. Booked senior artist bt they did incomplete make up. Would never suggest as the service is getting detoriated.

Sajid was the hair expert who helped me get the perfect hair makeover. And Tanya provided the most relaxing manicure and facial. I am very happy with the services of this parlour. Definitely recommend this place for a wholesome makeover experience....
