I have been using Lakme Salon services across cities for more than 2 decades. The entire staff had changed recently and everyone was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was extremely disappointed and walked out of the place without taking any service. The manager also was not at all helpful. Disappointed with this Lakme franchise for its terrible behavior. Post-lockdown, the place had minimal staff, which led to some delays; yet the service was never bad.
Charumathi, Nils, Ilakkiya! These three girls were exceptional at what they do. I've come all the way from Australia for a fabulous facial, manicure and pedicure- and I was not disappointed. A HUGE shoutout to these exceptional young women for their kindness, gentleness and dedication to their job. I hope their manager appreciates them as much as my Mum and I do.
