The service is outstanding. The staff is friendly and helpful. . They do things in a very sanitary and orderly manner. It was fantastic. On my second visit, I even got off. I would strongly suggest this saloon for any service. Overall, it was well worth the effort.
My experience is too bad. They don't value their clients. They wasted my more than half an hour. If you don't have enough staff to take care of the clients then don't make them sit uselessly. This is really disgusting.
They are just making money. They are charging blindly if you take membership from them. I visited here for my pre bridal package. I asked them for body polishing and they just applied some sand for 2minutes and after that they asked me to take bath and post bath they applied one oil. It was hardly 30mins process and for that they charged around 6k. They actually don't know what body polishing is. Worst experience ever. I would have given less than 1star if i would get that option. Also they are forcefully asking customers to give good feedback on spot. Now you can imagine why they have better rating.
