DONT book them if you don't want to get harassed on your wedding day. They are highly unprofessional and will add extra charges upon the said charges after service completion. I didn't even make them wait for more than 10 minutes but they added 2000 for that which they didn't say beforehand. Totally pathetic service. Don't even deserve 1 star

Went for a haircut and hair colouring. Haircut wasn't done as asked. Hair colouring, didn't expect the way it turned out. Very overpriced for the kind of service provided. There's mis communication between the staff too. Although they were nice people, at the end of the day it was very disappointing. Should have gone to Bubbles instead. Never going to Lakme again. Extremely disappointed.
