lovely experience, lovely staff The whole experience felt very luxurious from the start. The hairdresser was very patient and understanding and did an amazing job to fix my hair after a very bad previous haircut. She was attentive to detail and made sure i felt comfortable with everything she was doing, which put me at ease. She was very talented and a lovely young lady. Every staff member that was involved either washing or cutting my hair were lovely and had pleasant conversations without feeling forced. I really appreciate how comfortable everyone made me feel in the salon and the hairdresser really eased my anxiety of haircuts after having a few bad ones in other places. I have definitely never had such a nice experience in a hairdressers before and am very pleased with all the services provided so I will definitely come back. Thanks uma manager

Normally the service and the way of talking is good with lakme. But this person from front desk named Ms Uma doesn't know the basic mannerism of talking to the customer when called for an appointment. Give them proper training regarding the polite talking before you let them be in the front desk. Dr Apparanjitha

I have scheduled my appointment at 11 pm however they accepted my appointment and provide service and completed at 1 pm, Front desk manager mrs. Uma also waited till the service completed. I am giving this review for that passionate people. Wonderful service, thank you so much for your efforts.

I got my hair and nails done at the Lakme salon , Kilpauk branch. I really loved the service. Ms Thina did a really nice job with the nails and hair . She was every patient and friendly .

Yesterday was my first visit to them and they were very welcoming. The facial session with Ms.Mohanapriya was so satisfying of my recent facial sessions anywhere. The glow on my face was excellent post the session and she gave good guidance for proper upkeep of the facial glow. Totally had an awesome experience and will be my regular hereafter.

Made a last minute plan to Lakme and chose to the the hair spa and aroma pedicure. Doma and Sneha were the ones who did the services and they were very sweet and attentive and did a really good job . I had a relaxing experience thanks to them ! Definitely recommend this parlour.

I had to do my hair for an event at the Lakme Salon. At short notice, they were able to give suggestions according to my hair type and styled my hair beautifully in record time. Doma and Salomi were super professional and I'd definitely recommend to anyone wanting a professional hairdo!
