I recently visited lakme for hair smoothing treatment and got it done by zakir and shravani ..I usually search a lot before going for anything with my hair ..but trust me this is the place..very friendly atmosphere..covid safety all good and service top notch ..thanku zakir and shravani for making my hair luk beautiful..satisfied customer.

This was the Begumpet branch, in Pantaloons lane. Good service, thought a little expensive, Like the trained personnel and their suggestions.

Not satisfied with the i paid 1200 for hair cut which i asked for only split ends removal.. but i can still see split ends on my upper short hair.. just waste of money it would be better if i booked it on urban clap for much more reasonable price for hair trim and spa along with split ends

Extremely unskilled and rude staff. Got a hair wash and blow dry. The staff handled hair with aggression. He pulled a patch of hair out of my head. When I raised the issue, he handed me the comb to brush my hair by myself. Never returning here. I came back home with a head ache and frizzier hair.

I has great experience at this salon, amazing service by samiya got haircut done from her, vinaya is good manager provides solutions to the clients, got done keratin by zakir great service by him. I was running short of time, I needed keratin urgently Ms Vinaya (the manager) and Mr Zakir (the stylist) stretched for me me till 12 'o' clock, I have never seen such people with lots of patience and also this kind of service.
