I booked for full normal waxing. They didn't have normal wax, they had only flavoured wax which costs around 300 extra. Thye should've informed about this to me beforehand. They know I hd booked for Normal waxing and they have my contact number as well. They should've called and informed me but they didn't. Only after I reached there , they informed me that the service is not available!! Ive been to other branches in the city. They would call and enquire about my appointment and inform me if the service isn't available. They would even try to follow up with me. But this branch isn't as professional as other branches in the city.
Clean and safe salon. I'm very happy and satisfied client. Especially the services by Mr.Ali and Mrs.Selvi both r very friendly & took super care. Just went for 1 service now become a regular client. Selvi akka.. she is the best!! My dad & uncle loved ali's head massage and foot care very much. Overall nice experience..
