When i visited the lakme salon i was very confuse related to my hair as i was having multiple issues and Mr SUSHIL has guided me for QOD treatment and he did it very well he was very professional and know his work very well and I'm very happy with his service after my hair cut and treatment my hairs are looking very healthy and im feeling confident. The products are mild for the skin and the costumer service is very good. I got all my treatments done by the expert Sushma who is knowledgeable about the products to use as well as which treatments would look good for me and my skin. The salon is also very clean and not much crowded. Only con here I felt is that it's a bit pricey but the treatments have helped me.
My first experience for facial with Lakme was really amazing. The results were evident and the Ms Sushma was so kind and sweet with her words and definitely expert in her work.
My waxing experience in salon went wrong when I developed severe rash, however, to save from this horrible experience, Sushma madam who is one of the most experienced staff came to my rescue... She appropriately dealt with the situation correctly because of which I was able to regain confidence in the salon. Kuddus to her
