For a facial worth 3300 they don't even bother about giving a proper cleanup or massage. Don't need to even describe anything else about other processes. Even when I explained I have burning sensation, she just didn't bother at all. She finished everything within less than 30 minutes. I felt like the lady was irritated and her behaviour was horrible! The whole salon was empty with no other customers! I can't imagine how they could achieve such a good review. I am pretty sure that most of the reviews are fake and paid!!! Never go there!

Prasenjit is a very skilled & dedicated hairdresser. First time experience is very good. Looking forward for more.

I have been here multiple times since its opening in 2022. I usually avail hair spa and other beauty services. Firstly, the premise is quite spacious and very clean and tidy. Staff is well mannered, cordial and most importantly professional. No unnecessary chit-chatting with clients or among themselves. Timely and brisk service. Proper hygiene is observed. I was mostly served by Prasenjit (he no longer works there), gives great head massage! Would recommend.

I recently visited Lakme Salon Uttarpara, since I am new to this place I was having a hassle locating the salon however the lady on call, she was super polite and humble to guide me constantly. I had a Moroccan hair spa done by Danish, extremely professional and worthy. I also got my face clean up done which I really didn't plan on doing, though it was satisfactory too. The salon rate is bit pricey for me Honestly. I am wanting to visit again for a hair treatment but wondering how much will that cost me. Let's see. Keep the great music playing in the salon !!

Really good service by Rakesh, very patient and helpful. I went for a haircut and got recommended a few solutions for my dandruff issue. Recommend coming to this salon.
