Just a bunch of highly unprofessional cheats who have absolutely no clue what's going on. I was there for a service today (Saturday) that was included in a card in which it is no where written that the card is not applicable on weekends. I took an appointment 2days beforehand but nobody told me. I forgot my card at home and I was asked to go back and get the card in spite of their knowledge that the cards don't work on weekends. When I got the card they said that they have no staff and cards do not work on weekends. Stop fooling people and misleading them. There's a reason people have bad reviews about you and I realised that every bit of it is correct. If I had an option I'd not give you guys even a single star. Worst experience ever. Thumbs down
