Love the service. This is my 3rd time with this salon getting hair treatments like QOD or smoothening everytime I visit India. And each time they have done an amazing job. Vishal listened to what I wanted and accordingly suggested what I should go for. Took his time to complete the Hair treatment nicely making my hair look beautiful.
Hi,i had done a highlight locally and it turn ourlt worst damaging my hair. Then I had a word with Mr Sameer consultant at Lakme salon in chandivali powai area. Sameer assured me that they will be able to change the look and explained in detail how it's to be done. Then after 2 hr of process finally was I was happy with my hair , my hair looked same as I expected. All Thanks to Mr.Sameer,Mr.Kapil and Mr.Vrushab. It was indeed great experience and I am super happy with my hair. Looking forward to visit again.

It was an exuberant experience with Mahima. She was extremely professional in addition to treating me no less than a friend. The work was done beautifully, I generally cry during threading due to the pain but this time I just enjoyed all the services. Especially the pedicure, my feet look very visibly clean and the process was extremely relaxing as well! Would recommend a 100%
I got my threading, waxing and facial done from pragya. She was very professional and took care of me. I got ironing done from vishal. My best ironing experience till date.
Worst gel manicure I've had.
No cuticle management, sloppy painting, a child could have done better.
3 day update- these is gel polish, not acrylic- the picture shows what happens when you don't use a base coat.
You can also see from the picture how poor the painting is- no where near the cuticle. This is day 3 but it looks like week 3

Very unprofessional staff. The people at reception are trying to deceive about the cost.
Before the start of service of hair straigtening, the estimate given was different, during the service she suddenly came and announced about a higher price of the service.
On the third day, when wash happened today, the cost being quoted was again suddenly different.
I don't know how can the prices change this drastically in a branded salon like Lakme.
I've never had such experience in any salon ever. Don't know if this is an effort by the staff to pocket some profits for themselves or is it pure lack of knowledge/skillsets about their own job.
