I had haircut at the place twice. The first time I went on a weekday and the person cutting my hair was quite experienced. Overall it was great service. The second time I visited on a weekend, it was really crowded, the guy whom I asked for wasn't available and this time the person who cut my hair did it as part of some routine and not so great. There was long waiting also but the manager was very courteous & tried to accommodate everyones request inspite of multiple appointments without booking. Overall, if you want to experience the best of this place try to preferable book an appointment in advance during mid week.

Efficient well trained staff. Warm and welcoming. Ambience can do with some improvement though and rates can come down a bit further. Putting aroma lights/music/candles may help. Sound level within the salon needs to be optimized.
