Visited Lakme salon for eyebrow threading, detan and facial on 29th sep. During Puja there is a lot of rush in salons, even this salon as well. Inspite the rush they were very calm in approaching the customers and suggesting the services. They have competent staff. Nisha Prasad helped for my services, she was very professional, made me comfortable, checked with me on every step of the process, if I was comfortable with the massage pressure or if I had any issues, she also had very good knowledge on the services. Most of the salons would rush when it is closing time, but here they did not rush even though it was 10.30 pm.

Awesome service...Mr. Vikram Gupta is managing all the things in good manner. good ambience and Nisha is very professional and good make up artist apart from this Mr. babul is also a good hair stylist...its overall a good experience, I will come again definitely.

Get your hair treatment done by Kushal. He is amazing. and to talk about Miss Nisha, she is very polite. Overall, it was a great experience.

I visit Jalpaiguri once/twice a year for a short vacation with family. Lakme salon has been my go-to salon since they started operations. I have been there for facial, manicure/pedicure, hair treatment. Jamuna sherpa gave me an excellent facial last week. I highly recommend this salon for their professionalism, great service and products and cleanliness. I live in New York and was impressed by their services.
