Very bad service
Took cysteine treatment for my hair 3 months back and my hair got fizzy after first month itself despite of using defabulous products and care and they promised results only for 3 months
When i visited lakme salon in hyderabad they got shocked as they promised the results for only 3 months and told that they didn't do the treatment properly
And also mentioned that it will definitely stay for 6 months

Such a unprofessional people. Their app doesn't work for booking appointments online in the first place. When we call and book a appointment, they don't value it and ask me to wait for one and half hour more that too at 11 o clock in the morning.the receptionist is lost in her own world. Shouldn't they have some value for our time?

I Liked the salon especially for hair cut... They are having professional people... Maintained in standard manner ... Mainly students can get 50% off on hair cuts with their ID cards... No need of spending thousands of rupees for it unlike other salons... Awesome experience
