Jyotsana is an exceptional staff member, impressively well-trained and incredibly courteous. I found myself in a situation where I had to make a last-minute request for the salon to open at 9 am, as I was staying in a nearby hotel and needed beauty services. The manager, without hesitation, assured me that they would accommodate my request. The following day, when I arrived, Jyotsana went above and beyond to assist me. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received.
Had a full body scrub, facial and gel pedicure. The services were perfectly and professionally rendered. My therapist Meghana was knowledgeable and very pleasant. Her customer service was professional and nothing was too much trouble. The manager Mubarak was also pleasant and helpful. Will defo return when I am back in the city.
