Visited the salon for the first time here in Malleswaram. Asha gave me a good haircut and gave a detailed review on how to maintain and improve my hair health. All staff are friendly and approachable. But they charge a lot for everything. Basic spa starts from 1700 for below shoulder level hair and doesn't even include massage and steam. [ PS: The product used itself was 1800, if brought by myself could have used it 8 times along with massage ]. Got Hair cut for 1400, don't go with the website price as I did, those are just for basic cut. Apart from the expense side, rest experience was good. Be ready to spend overboard before going to the salon and be ready to be influenced for buying products too.
I took keratin QOD treatment & am very happy with the service. Ms Asha is very patient with the customer. She clearly explained my hair problem & suggested the solutions. She has done a very neat work for the treatment I chose. I just can't believe that it is my hair :) Thanks to her & the saloon.

The color washed out significantly a day later, it stained clothes in the rain. It would be helpful to guide on how to wash and take care of Balyage.
