Unprofessional staffs, worst services, pathetic poor managements, pathetic behavior. Those who are employed here are not professional, they have no work experience, they just want to earn money without working. A dilapidated clinic, work is going on inside the clinic, omg! dust is flying, unhygienic and patients are being forced to sit there. We came to see the orthopedic doctor. The doctor has no time management of his own. We have been waiting for the doctor for one n half hour. Horrible !!! If a patient has to wait for hours for a doctor, the patient's condition may worsen, or even lead to death. Do not come here by mistake, they have no concern for their patients. I don't recommend this. I would rate this absolutely "0"

Worst service,all staffs are too bad,I visited other brunch of lakhotia for medical purpose but their service is not like srerampore lakhotia, this brunch is open only for taking money,they doesn't give proper service,at the centre of USG they give not more than 10seconds for each patient,in front of other patients they change clothes of other patient who used to go for USG,this is just one thing there are several missbehaviour ,immature attitudes one can face their.

Very rude behavior. The staffs don't know how to deal with patients. I had an appointment for usg and as required the patient needs to have the urge to urinate. Even though i said i didn't feel i need to urinate they forced me into the chamber for the usg imaging and the doctor immediately turned me down and told me to leave because the usg scan could not be done. The doctor arrived late and he was there only for 44 mins and he started to rush the scans. Very unprofessional. I would highly recommend people NOT to go there for checkup.

I was there on 14th of June for my father's MRI which I have booked from another branch of theirs because that number was saved in my phone. After the MRI I told them several time not to send the report to tarakeswar branch and to keep it here. They have ensured me to do so but next day when I visited them they told me that they have sent it to tarakeswar branch without informing me. It's really harassing for me because I have to go further 80-100km upand down to collect the report. They don't value there customer. After getting the fees they don't know you!

There was quite a bit of waiting time even for critical cardiac patients. The experience was pathetic. The appointment was with Dr. Subhendu Chatterjee. The doctor's behaviour with patient party was pathetic as well.

Very good services. Not only doctors practices here. There have lots of diagnosis services.

Medical & diagnostic centre. Walking distance from Serampore railway station and belting bazar. All test cost is normal from other test centre. Staff are not helpful. This is covid vaccination center also (Paid Service).

Very bad service, kono system nei. 4-5hrs wait koray.
