We had a wonderful stay at Lake zone. The views from the resort is just amazing and help us to get relaxed. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Thank you for your best service

They charge different for Lake view and Mountain view but they didn't give the mountain view room saying mountain view is room without balcony. Even though mountain is behind the property it is not visible because of tree canopy (it is good there are so much trees around) Food options are very less and breakfast is buffet system with same food everyday Electricity backup for charging points not there and mostly power cut is an issue throughout. Not worth 2500 for a room given so much compromises.
Firstly the hotel is located in Chinnakanal which is 20 kms ahead of Munnar towards Thekkady & thatz the best part ! One has to visit this place to experience the beauty especially wen derz a bit of rain around itz even stunning than Munnar. We had a Lakeview triple room & the room was very spacious, clean , hot water available anytime & the view from balcony was magnificent. The owner an extremely humble gentleman, his sons & Vinoo do their best for you to have a good experience. We had both breakfast & dinner in our 2 night stay & it was delicious. Do try this quaint lil place in a very serene location away from crowded Munnar. And don't worry that itz a lil far off the road is absolutely carpet from Munnar to Thekkady.
It's nice hotel next to Sterling hotel in Munnar. View is amazing and beautiful. Take lake view rooms. Food is also good and light. Enjoyed staying here
Excellent place to stay!!!! The resort is situated in Chinnakkanal around 20 km away from munnar ... From our experience chinnakkanal is much more Clean ,Calm & quiet place which is also very less crowed than Munnar... Easy access to many attractions like Anayirangal dam, Kulukkumalai, Rajappara etc... Could experience tea garden and much more..Food was decent & more homely... Kids enjoyed well..Visit to Rajappara view point was breath taking..thanks to the resort staff for advising this hidden gem.. Strongly recommend to spent quality time with family...
Impressive hospitality! Had to take a break for the Busy schedule of work and thus reached Lakezone. Awesome staff to look after you, they left a very lasting impression on us by their warm hospitality. Clean rooms, great space management. Tatsey dinner , and decent breakfast spread. All together a suggestable place to enjoy your vacay.

Awesome rooms with balcony n heavy ambiance with a well mannered restaurant, it's having a little drive from munnar Town but still it was really worth. Especially their service and hospitality was really wonderful.
Only option to have North Indian food in Channakanal. You can order variety of food from their menu. They generally are from Rajasthan..so you can talk in Hindi. I personally got delicious food here. You can have dal tadka..aloo matar..veg kolhapuri
