Loved the property, the staff were polite and very helpful too, food was amazing and so was the cleanliness. I would highly recommend the property to people those who want a great experience.

Horrible property management service as well as customer service. 1. The hotel systems suck. They couldn't get my key issued due to technical glitches and was allowed entry to the room by the manager using his master key. They didn't send the key to the room as promised and took few follow-ups. 2. Took 3 calls to get the bill sent by email. Nobody at the property took accountability. 3. The stay credit and bonvoy points are not issued. Had to continuously follow up with the customer service on this. 4. After a couple of follow ups finally the points (miserably low - 2.5 points for 1$ billed) were credited, but it is NOT YET reflecting in the NIGHT CREDIT. The next set of follow ups are ONGOING. 5. The hotel didn't credit the 1500 points bonus per stay as per the promotion package. The follow-ups have just begun. Overall, the apartments were comfortable and stay was good. But the building entrance and common lobby don't have the appeal of premier hotel, but the charges are similar to The Westin which us next door. The amount charged doesn't justify the benefits offered and the worst Marriott experience among my 100+ nights so far at various Marriott properties. I wouldn't highly recommend the place for the premium they are charging in the brand name of Marriott and the customer service is not up to the mark of Marriott brand anyways.

Loved the property! Absolute delight for pets and their parents. The staff was humble and really helpful throughout our stay. They were so nice to provide goodies to our pet Simba. He enjoyed running and walking around in the garden. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. The view of Powai Lake is the best!!

This is India's largest hotel facility. If you are looking for a quiet, tranquil time with your loved ones with a view of the sea, Lakeside Chalet is the place to be. Mariott has apartments for long-term guests as well as hotel rooms for short-term visitors. The property has really pleased me. Staff who are friendly and helpful and will provide assistance before you ask anyone else.

Stunning property and overall great facilities. The service at the restaurant can get patchy, sometimes great, other times, a bit abysmal..overall good experience. The play area for toddlers is a delight!

Perfect stay with our pet. It is one of the nice place in which we stay. And it is very quiet place.

Horribly managed pet policy. It's pet friendly place but owners have to take the pets through the breakfast/restaurant to reach the pet walking area. I got scratched by a 'pet' dog of an owner while having breakfast. PATHETIC MANAGEMENT BY THE STAFF AND PATHETIC ARRANGEMENT OF ACCESS TO WALKING AREA. I have nothing against pets or pet owners. IT IS THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT THAT IS AT FAULT. ANY PET IS AN ANIMAL FIRST AND EXPECTING THEM TO BE PERFECTLY COMPOSED AS THEY WALK THROUGH A BUFFET IS A JOKE. In my case, the pet owner was also startled when his dog ended up climbing my legs to get at the plate. SUCH PATHETIC MANAGEMENT BY MARRIOTT WAS CERTAINLY NOT EXPECTED. Also, on a side note 1. Rooms / appartments are large and we'll furnished 2. Service is poor. I ended up calling front desk multiple times for a print. Takes ages fo7r them to return calls after you place them. 3. Room cleaning is below average.

We stayed at executive apartments. Rooms are neatly cleaned and the best option for work stays. Kitchens are fully equipped with freeze, microwave, dishwasher and cooktops. Food is expensive. So you can carry groceries and cook it yourself. Service is not up to the mark particularly front desk and room service.
