This is a cooperative housing society developed by the West Bengal Housing Board nestled in a peaceful locality called Lake Gardens adjacent to Jodhpur Park and Tollygunge. It has three storey separate buildings containing 2 BHK and 3 BHK units. The occupants have formed a cooperative housing society and named it as it appears in the caption. The premises is at a walking distance from Lake Gardens, the suburban railway station on the Sealdah - Budge budge route. A number of Buses and other modes of public transport are also available at a distance of 10 minutes on Prince Anwar Shah Road. There are a number of junior and secondary level schools in and around this area. A number of health care facilities have also come up in the area.

A housing society built at least 30 years ago. Not properly maintained and have massive water logging issue in monsoon. No covered parking and lacks common amenities. 10 minutes walking distance from nearest bus stop.
