Nice a peaceful place for residing. Religious temple inside the society. One of the biggest park (Japanese park) at walkable distance from the society.
An old apartment in rohini sector 9 The apartment has 2 entries, with a near by DDA market which has almost all daily household needs available. Apart from a DDA market and complex the road outside is known for Sunday market. The market is big enough with lots of vegetables sellers and many domestic household items. The apartment has a nearby Japanese park which is one the largest joggers park in rohini. The apartment also has a nearby metro connectivity i.e. rohini west metro station. Overall the apartment has lots of happening places nearby and apartment has both 3bhk flats with parking inside and outside the society available. The price and maintenance is expensive if looking for re locating to this apartment.
I moved here in 2012. And i am loving it since then. The only issue here is the constant construction going on in the society flats and the irking sound of that. All festivals are celebrated here with colors, lights, music, quizzes, prizes, etc.
Greenery in society, parking space is good but if cars parked then road little bit congested. Society member are very good with polite nature
Nice apartment........... Looks mind-blowing in terms of infrastructure...................... But also it needs some maintenance at some places where it is not upto the mark.................................................. So I think necessary plans will be made and it will be in tune condition after some time
Old building needs renovations
We have been living here from last 2 decades . Its location is prime everything u need is at a stones throw . The market metro stn fruit n veggie mkt malls movie hall schools .
Very well located but do not have lift to climb even 3rd floor.
