Ashraf has been an amazing and courteous host. The food are good. The room is comfortable and with the help of the electric blanket and in-room traditional heater, it is cozy and warm. Will come again probably in warmer weather.

There Where No Light They cut the light by themselves bad house boat plz get some another boat house for stay They will pay for water. Actually we took only one bottle of water even though they asked 60 rs and we paid. Dinner was not tasty who can give flower in the dinner worst place to stay Breakfast was average. Total Bad Experience

Feel so good and comfortable while stay here. The service of our houseboat man Ashraff is very good. Will repeat again if come to kashmir again. Love it!

First time I am visiting Srinagar and was suggested to stay in Victoria house boat. One of the best experiences we had. Food is awesome, service is good. Thanks to Ashraf for taking care of us.

Usually boat house dnt have tasty food but in my stay I enjoyed food among other things. Clean rooms-Yes, Services- Good enough.

It was nice. Beware of complementary shikara ride, it is complementary with only road to houseboat ride, otherwise it is paid, I spent additional cost for other than complementary shikara ride. Houseboat is at very good location, we watched sunset with hookah on the table kept outside, beware of cost of hookah, it varies, in 1200 two hookah, but we purchased at 1200 one hookah.

It was a very good experience rooms, staff services, food everything was really good the house boat was really beautiful and clean from inside Had a great experience with it
