One the nice and affordable places to stay in Powai. Paying 45k for a 2BHK apartment in Lake Pleasant. There aren't any issues with the amenities by the society. It's pleasant to walk around late in the evenings to help digest all the hogging you do on lazy Sundays. The security personnel are polite and they remember almost everyone in the building

It's nice but I am totally disappointed with their rules for tenants . They are 24k for gym for tenants. This is totally unacceptable. I hv been in so elite societies never ever did this happen. There is not extra charge for using club services for tenants. N that too exorbitant. Not happy
