Power backup | Uninterrupted Water Supply | Swimming Pool | Children's Play Area | Basement Parking | App approval for visitors One fine apartment, although there still some minor construction works to be completed the place is peaceful to live in. Free from the noise of city chaos and a view with greenery the place offers some relaxation during evening times along with a cold breeze. Your peace might be interrupted at times when an HAL aircraft might fly above you up in the sky. Trust me at times those visuals are a treat to the eye. Would not say this place is worth it, but still it isn't that bad enough. The apartment totally consists of three blocks A,B,C each having four floors each and then a spacious terrace. One major drawback that I had seen here is there is no Health/fitness centre here. More amenities needs to be implemented here, hope the management see these concerns and act for it in order to retain a good community.

Perfect place for stay. If anyone looking for a peaceful location for stay, house accessible to public transport, just meters away from main road: this would be a best option.

Association process nearing to its completion and soon it will start. Good builder and good dealing.

Doesn't worth the rent. Construction quality is poor. Water comes inside the house through window and balcony through heavy rain. No parking space alloted to the flat. Lot of electricity fluctuations.

Good Residential Society, properly maintained and well located. Has green area, Kids play area, swimming pool, etc. Flats here are well constructed to provide maximum space utilisation and comfort.

Builder refuses to complete pending works and seems like very slim chance of getting OC. Very bad construction work and finishing. Too many middlemen involved in between the actual builder and sales people. They will try to milk out every penny possible. Every week there are problems with water or electricity etc. Cheap or duplicate materials used for construction. Please do not trust this builder and buy apartments from the same builder. Also avoid taking rent here. The quality of materials used here are very bad. Everyday I worry that the ceiling or walls might collapse.

Livable property in budget. One lift is still under construction in Ablock. Small society management is doing their best. However, no proper maintenance for block with rented flats. Parking is not alloted and always chaos around it. You get view of lake and field from terrace

As the name says....lake mist...you will be bedazzlled by the mist... A calm and serene place...very near to mainland yet far from noise.. cool winds blow in day and night due to farm fields nearby... Best part? You will always love this place since it's open and there can be no construction ever due to open fields.. Kritee loved this place One the best times were spent here
