This is a Housing Complex with one of the best positional value in South Kolkata and well connection with Bus, Rail and Metro. Association is a little old is structures, A lack of maintenance can be seen trough out but it is an warm society o be a part of. Residence enjoy all ceremonies together and they also arrange different social activities. No Apartments on this society has Lifts, so older people might find difficult if their or their family/friend flat is above ground floor. Ample parking space is there for the residence and also for the guest visiting by cars. Security guards are in the gate to protect and to stop from unwanted visitors. Tollygunge and Lake Gardens Railway station are just 1.5 km away and the nearest Metro Station is Rabindra Sarovar .
