Had a quite good experience but it has so many drawbacks such include that there is no place to put our washed or wet clothes, also amenities included with the package according to the price point of view is very less, the ac and tv are all working perfectly very neat and clean rooms, very nice service and very good behavior of the staffs, only some rooms have a separation for the wet and dry areas others have no separation which was not good, although it was a great and pleasent stay in this resort

Pathetic property, please avoid! Nothing is good about it unfortunately starting from customer service to rooms' quality and cleanliness. 1. The manager Rajeev is one of the worst hotel personnel we have come across, even the receptionist at a lowly lodge is very well behaved than him. He is never available at reception, always staying in one of the rooms so there is no way to reach anyone in this hotel as reception area is always vacant. Even for checkin we had to wait for him to come down from one of the rooms. He didn't even bother with a simple courteous greeting. 2. Rooms are very very dirty. Old stinky pillow covers with marks all over. Bathroom was not cleaned properly and had water marks all over. There were water splashes on the toilet seat. There are big holes in the walls. Bed is too uncomfortable with a springy mattress. 3. No hot water is provided. Manager was fighting with us for a simple request of drinking water bottle. It was a pain after this to even ask him for anything. There was no hot water in the bathroom also in the morning and nobody was at the reception, manager's phone number written there was also switched off. 4. Pictures are very misguiding. It's a chawl kind of architecture with dirty pool in center. We checked in pretty late and checked out as soon as possible. Just because we didn't have any other option at that time, we wasted our money here.

Horrible stay!!! Rooms were reeky with very dirty bed covers and blankets. It felt as if they weren't even changed after being used by the previous occupant. Even body hairs were there in the blanket.Just one charging slot and crammed bathroom. Over all bakwas experience. boaring. paisa waste

I guess the good reviews here are not by guests but the hotel staff itself. The room quality is really poor (foul smell) and the service is abysmal. (I had to request multiple times to get the luggage to my room)

THe hotel is fairly well located and decently kep. Simple accomodation but clean. Breakfast looked good but didnt have a chance to try it as my portion wasnt ready in time for me to try it. I was there for the Nehru cup and a bit surprised on how little information I was able to get from staff.

The rooms of the hotels are good and clean. There is small swimming pool at outside. There is no restaurant available in hotel which I feel should be there. We have to sit outside the room for eating and in night time there are lot of small insects gathering around outer lamp of room. There is no hot water system here. They give us electric heater which is not good as a safety or they give us hot water bucket. The water also had yellow colour and smells. Alleppey is hyped place and they loot the visiters in season time may it be like house boat or shikara ride. The price is also high as compared to quality and the service provided. Nearby area is accessible within 2kms. The Shikara boat and house boats is very nice experience to take at the backwaters and it is very fresh and rejuvenating experience.
