Lake Dugar - Apartment building in Chennai - Thiruvallur, India

Lake Dugar apartment, Good design 3 side air circulation flats, Good Ground Water,Hotspot area , excellent Lake view, but building cracks , poor painting ,late handover to customer spoiled all things ,the only one plus is Lake view and all other are minus ...poor painting , poor plastering, poor service, Amenities Gym & summing pool not completed till now , many incomplete work... Insufficient bike,car parking, Many damages in floor in car parking , under ground parking floor coming like Power, flying and settle in all cars.... No drainage till now, taking drainage water in tanker lorry, two days onces in two tanker lorry... Over hand water Tank more cracks seen... After painting appearance may looks good.,

Any one looking here for buy flat then dt come. Really totally weast project. Cheaper bldr, tkn time lot of given assurance one also not complited. Lot of issues here car, bike parking. So dt buy here any one.. Not good for further

Lake Dugar project is one of the worst project in Chennai. It is not deserved for anything. Multiple issues. Poor administration, incomplete work. safety aspects are missing. Building looks like old one, not showing any interest to uplift the same. All amenities were in paper only not reality, every place you will find dust , improper cleanliness. No playing ground for children , what they promised. You will loose your happiness. No proper scheduling and commitment. Still works are going Very very poor service from all aspects. Please look out some other competent builder and projects.

We visited the site, the building quality is simply the good, engineering and quality of elements used is top notch. I will recommend to my friends lake Dugar.

I have read multiple mixed reviews. I would like to share my own experience. I am thankful that I didn't buy this flat because I can see their service level even before buying it. Normally during sales, people show a lot of interest and then service goes down. But these guys are exceptional; they don't care when you approach them for buying a flat also. In spite of reading negative reviews I thought I should check out myself but I approached them multiple times, I didn't get a proper response. I still thought of visiting so I went on a Sunday. I was guided to an office which was empty. The security informed me that the sales people saw us coming so they will be there in 5min. But after waiting for more than half an hour I called the sales person who I had contacted some time back. He said that it's their lunch time and he can come only after a minimum of 20min so we left to have lunch. After that I kept on calling him to check if he has reached but he didn't answer my calls at all. This experience has made me believe the negative reviews because if someone can behave with a prospective buyer like this then after buying I can imagine the service they would give.

Poor communication and commitment. Paid for premium finish and waiting 9 years for hand over. Not a project for NRI's. If you are a NRI you will be spending additional amount on travel charges expecting to take handover but you will find it being incomplete. I have already made 3 trips ( received emails stating flat ready for handover on each occasion but work not completed).
