A clean and natural view of the Lake and it's really a good location the lake will make you peace once you will seat in the morning or evening, a lot of space of parking as well
The Place is somehow clean but the residents (Marwaries) have to ensure that they should stop spitting all around their own place inside the complex which is actually a place of habitat and not to make it dustbin. The facility manager is trying to manage the spits on daily basis. Cameras are all around so immediately Fines should be imposed. If we can maintain the traffic rules to make sure that we are not fined then we will also stop spitting if the society charges 500/- per spit. Also remember that your children's are playing around your own spit. Good Luck.

Old complex. Only 7 floors. Shabby. Lack of open space. Maintenance is poor as garbage spotted here and there. Very few luxury cars seen hence middle class live here. Locality is bad as if you go outside, slums all-around.
