Near to IIT bombay and Powoi lake. Room rent is cheap compared to location. Rooms are small in size but as it is bombay one should not expect bigger room in lesser rent

Cleanliness was the main thing I enjoyed. Also good behaviour. Breakfast was also small and nice. It would be better if a bread toaster is placed on buffet
Small rooms of size of 6 feet by 8 feets. Dirty toilets which r black in colour. Not worth 2k at all. No hot water option. Checkin was smooth, and myonline bookings were accepted. room has 17" LG TV. Bathroom is part of main room with sliding glass door working as partition. This is hotel lake blue bloom residency which I believe is part of Teebo Trend chain. Sharing picture of room and toilet for review.
No doubt with the price. In budget hotel.
But regret to inform even after asking the hotel staff to recharge the TV they haven't done it. Such irresponsible people.
Also the bathroom Fitments needs to be checked by the management & get them repaired.

Small rooms, no hot water for bath, but alot of restaurants around...Swiggy is a good option... Connectivity to various places is easy by public transport
