Hi All, review after facing issues. Pros: nearer to busstand Negatives: Lot of negatives 1. Bed bugs 2. Room price is 1500 AC but not neat. 3. No hot water 4. No staff support 5. No complementary water bottle also 6.Chicken biryan is 200 and they will give only 2 pieces. 2 pieces weight will be 30 to 40 grams. 7. Towels are not good. 8. No maintenance on neatness 9. Extra bed is worst like may be they bought for 100 rs. Lowest quality. 10. Butter naans are like rubber 11. Hyderabad biryani only name not Hyderabadi biryani. 12. No sink in washroom. Only negatives no positives. Finally, worst than ever and I haven't seen in my life. First time I haven't given any tip after checking out. After staying here I felt this room and service will be 500 worth not more than that.
*Negative points.* No maintenance. Beds are in very bad condition. Either the beds are Broken or burnt beds or with bed bugs. Very old beds (seems like 15years old) worn out bedsheets and curtains. Stinky rooms. Soaps were not given. No water was provided (I had to remind them thrice) Only positive point. Very close to KSRTC bus stop. When complained to the Manager. That b*****# said it was our fault that we chose them. They didn't ask us to come and stay with them. Please Becareful guys. There are other better lodges nearby.
Lagoon Residency This hotel is good. The hotel is on the third floor of the building. The restaurant is on the ground floor. On the second floor there is a saloon and spa etc. Opposite there is a market, wine shop and this hotel is located near the KSRTC bus stop and the rent is also affordable.
