Very bad experience with the service,the reception staff were very rude. The dinner was closed earlier than the fixed time and lot of group members went without food. There was no choice for vegetarians at breakfast . If you want to stay pack your own food , enjoy your stay as rooms are good , toilets are clean. The management should look for new staff trained in hospitality . by word of mouth they are going to be out of hospitality business in no time if they don't know how to handle Guests, sorry to say that.

We stayed as a group for one night.... the experience was horrible. In spite of the good resort ambiance, the hospitality of the resort staff was below average. There was total confusion from the time of check in itself. There was shortage of dinner buffet items and some of us had to even go to outside to have food. And at the time of check out, they even created a scene over the payment of food we had never consumed. After the check out they accused us for "stealing" the basket in which food items were kept in the room and consuming many of them, which we haven't even touched. We were very much disappointed and disturbed. I have stayed in many Club Mahindra resorts, which are state of the art ones and had never experienced such a shocking behaviour from the management and staff.....i will never recommend this place to anyone. Actually, if there was zero rating, i would have gone for that

Location of this resort is the plus point, because the view of the sea was fantastic. Rooms,service ,staffs are very kind and good service and rooms are okay, ,but some rooms are excellent neat and clean. Gathering, meet-up, engagement functions can prefer this place, not for couples but good for families. Also they give good food and drinks. Also they have a bar. They have a small swimming pool and pets area and children's play area.

Even though its a resort placed at a very beautiful location..the hospitality of the reception staff & manager was far below average & ..there was no WORKINGphone in the room.& After settling the bills & checking out & hours later they send bills of consumable food items which were not used by us.. First time such a horrible experience..as i have visited & stayed in many great resorts.

Beautiful location, food was absolutely superb. Rooms are fantastic.Very friendly staff. Breakfast is included with several choices of traditional Kerala food. Large outdoor childrens play area. Fully air conditioned bar and an executive bar too. I would definitely recommend. Hence I am giving 5 star. I would stay there again.

We stayed for 2 nights and the stay was amazing..the location was too attractive with sea view...Food price was on a higher side and room service was not proper nad timely..otherwise good stay and relaxing views...

Best place to enjoy with friends and family. Couples will also find this place good for spending their time. Best value for money. Nice ambience and have a amazing lake & Seaview.
