It's a small cozy hotel situated bang in between Police Bazar, the main happening market of Shillong. Rooms are small but equipped with everything. 24hrs hot water, room service, ever smiling staff. The restaurant staff was also very polite and always eager to serve. Breakfast spread and dinner options were good. Though little costlier but worth every penny

The stairs beside leads straight to police bazar. Standard non ac room is quite small and have very limited space. If possible go for deluxe room
This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are modern and very tastefully decorated. Impeccably clean and well maintained. The beds are SO COMFORTABLE. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. We had a small problem with our booking ( not the hotel's fault), and they fixed the problem right away. I find Shillong chaotic- but this place is a welcome haven from the chaos outside. Simple, good breakfast. I think you'd have a hard time finding a comparable or better hotel in this price range than Ladybird!
It was clean, well designed interiors, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. There were great restaurants within. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.
I booked it through Make my trip. A Twin Deluxe AC room. I wanted a queen bed but couldn't get one. They helped us join the twin beds. The staff was very polite and helpful. They helped us book a cab for sightseeing and for oir return journey too. The hospitality was superb. The hotel is at walking distance from the centre point hotel. The food was very good too. They have their own restaurant Lemon Grass. Good food at reasonable price. I loved my stay there. Will stay there if i visit again.
Very nice hotel, location is great , just 5min walk from Central point, rooms are good and the bathroom is clean. The hospitality of the staffs are so polite. Parking place is also spacious. Breakfast limited but good.

We had a lovely stay at this property. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was top notch. Indian, khasi food and continental. Did not use the pool. But was looked very nice. Had great drinks and dinner at poolside bar.
