Really great hospital. Really professional and fast working. I was amazed by the professionalism and how they got my diagnosis fast and made a plan for it. In and out of the ER in a couple of hours. No waiting time whatsoever except for the lab and x-ray results. Beats many hospital I've been to, both om price and in service. Thank you

Being a localite of Manali I will never suggest anyone to go to this hospital untill or unless it's a extreme emergency of your loved ones they have given me trauma and depression by telling my normal headache to sinus and migrane !!! That I only came to know after getting checked in other 2 hospital ... I bought medicines of 1800 rs from their pharmacy which I never used !! This was one case !! Before this once my 1 year baby had diarrhea and fever so we went there and they kept us waiting for 4 hours and people who were coming after us was visiting doctors easily because they were Missionaries and was of their own community !!! After asking a nurse about this she rudely replied " aapko zyada jaldi hai to paise deke emergency me dikha do yahan bolne se kuch nhi hoga # and I went inside and my slip was lying on empty table since 4 hours and my child was shivering In cold and diarrhea !!! Due to this he was dehydrated and we had to hospitalized him for 4 days !!! PATHETIC BUNCH OF MISSIONARIES and HOPELESS SOULS

Every single tourist comes with history of medical issues for days in the middle of the night after taking their leisure timing and expect the staff and the doctors be polite. Patients should be considerate about the people who are working to help them and not to SERVE them . Be considerate.

Very professional staff. They take time to understand what the patient is saying before thinking of prescribing any medication. The premises are well maintained and clean. Everything is organised. The doctors and nurses are extremely qualified and polite. Probably the best hospital in the Manali area.

I have first visited in manali as tourist from Punjab nd it was worst experirnce in this hospital especially night staff .Both ladies staff treated too rude with me nd my family as they forced us to left the bed ...go and rest..and scolded on us even my mother was very serious she was not able to walk at that time.

This is the best Hospital in manali overall here with 24*7emergency facility and affordable prices and good helpful staffs and doctors

Today morning I went to hospital and the pharmacist was rude and said why u came to emergence and precription is for 250 and doctor s not available .I think he needs to some manners.pls adminstration do something about it
